I have a question about virtual destructor. Why do i need to declare it in parent class, and call virtual destructor (just like every single one).

Of course this is a simple example. In more complex cases i need to implement overloaded functions in children classes. So i need to call child virtual destructor first.
My question is about why it’s not just enough to just call parent’s destructor? Why i need to call child’s virtual destructor?
